19-Year-Old Arrested for Vandalizing Charlie Kirk Memorial at TPUSA Headquarters

Arizona — Authorities have arrested 19-year-old Ryder Corral after surveillance footage captured him vandalizing a memorial dedicated to Charlie Kirk outside Turning Point USA’s headquarters. The arrest occurred just 52 minutes after the incident was reported on September 14, 2025.

According to police, Corral faces multiple charges, including criminal damage and disorderly conduct.

The footage shows Corral forcing his way into the memorial site where mourners had gathered to honor Kirk, who tragically died on September 10. The tribute space had been filled with flowers, American flags, balloons, and vases—symbols of grief and remembrance.

Corral is seen kicking over and destroying the items, advancing nearly 15 yards into the space before bystanders subdued him. Police quickly arrived and took him into custody.

Investigators noted that Corral was dressed in clothing similar to that worn by Tyler Robinson, a 22-year-old connected to the incident that claimed Kirk’s life. However, law enforcement confirmed that Corral has no link to Robinson’s case.

The act of vandalism has sparked outrage in the community.

“A memorial is where people bring flowers, prayers, tears, and memories,” one attendee said. “To walk into that space and stomp on it is cruel on a level words can hardly describe.”

Supporters emphasized that Corral’s actions caused further emotional harm to Kirk’s family, friends, and followers during a period of mourning.

Community members condemned the vandalism as an example of hostility overtaking compassion.

The investigation remains ongoing.
