Body Found in Walnut Park Identified as 35-Year-Old Paige Kleinheider

ST. LOUIS — Authorities have identified the woman whose body was discovered in the 4900 block of Harney Avenue in Walnut Park as 35-year-old Paige Kleinheider of Union, Missouri.

According to police, there were no visible signs of trauma on Kleinheider’s body. Preliminary autopsy results have been deemed inconclusive, and officials are now awaiting toxicology results to help determine the cause of death.

The case has been handed over to District 6 detectives, who are working to piece together the circumstances surrounding Kleinheider’s death and why her body was found in the North City neighborhood.

Police are asking anyone who may have information to contact the Homicide Division at 314-444-5371 or CrimeStoppers at 866-371-TIPS. Tips leading to felony arrests may be eligible for a cash reward.

Investigators emphasize that community cooperation is critical in solving cases like this one. “Any piece of information, no matter how small, could help us find answers,” a police spokesperson said.
