Florida Teen Still Missing as She Turns 18

The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) is renewing calls for help in the search for Khamya Reddick, a Florida teen who disappeared more than two years ago and remains missing as her 18th birthday passes.

Khamya was only 15 when she vanished from her home in Opa-locka, Florida, on February 14, 2023. Despite extensive efforts by law enforcement and her family, she has not been found. Authorities believe she may still be in the Miami area or may have traveled to Texas.

On September 14, 2025, Khamya would have celebrated a milestone birthday — her 18th — a painful reminder for her family and community of the years that have passed without answers. Each birthday missed represents not only lost time but also renewed determination to bring her home.

NCMEC continues to circulate her case nationwide, stressing that every piece of information matters. “Someone out there knows something,” the organization has urged, asking the public to remain vigilant and come forward with any tips, no matter how small they may seem.

Khamya’s family has held on to hope that she will one day return safely. They are appealing to anyone who may have seen her or has knowledge of her whereabouts to speak up.

If you have information regarding Khamya Reddick, please contact NCMEC at 1-800-THE-LOST (1-800-843-5678) or the Miami Gardens Police Department at 1-305-474-6473.
