Teen Found in Tesla Linked to Singer D4vd Has Been Identified

The tragic discovery of 15-year-old Celeste Rivas has sent shockwaves through Los Angeles and beyond. On September 8, 2025, her body was found in the front trunk of an impounded Tesla registered to rising music star David Anthony Burke, better known as D4vd. The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner confirmed her identity, though her cause of death remains “deferred,” leaving more questions than answers.

Celeste, who had been missing since April 2024, was identified in part by a small but haunting detail — a tattoo on her right index finger reading “Shhh…” The design and placement mirror one worn by D4vd himself. This eerie connection has fueled speculation, especially after Celeste’s mother revealed that her daughter had a boyfriend named “David.”

When found, Celeste was wearing black leggings, a tube top, a chain bracelet shaped like a “W,” and a stud earring. Police continue to investigate how her remains ended up in the Tesla and whether there is any link between her personal life and the vehicle’s owner.

For his part, D4vd has not been charged and his team insists he is cooperating fully with authorities. Still, the bizarre tattoo connection and the mention of a “David” in Celeste’s life have intensified public curiosity and concern.

As investigators work to uncover the truth, fans, brands, and the public are left grappling with a disturbing mix of tragedy, speculation, and unanswered questions.
