SPEEDWAY, Ind. — The town of Speedway is grieving the heartbreaking loss of Michael Chaplin, who tragically passed away this week following a bicycle accident. Known for his kind heart, laid-back spirit, and unwavering friendship, Michael was deeply loved by all who knew him.
