Arkansas State Police Investigating After Elderly Couple Found Dead in Fordyce

FORDYCE, Ark. — Arkansas State Police have launched an investigation after an elderly couple was discovered dead inside their home in Fordyce. Authorities identified the victims as 81-year-old David Parham and 70-year-old Holly Parham.

According to officials, first responders were dispatched to the residence following a welfare check. Upon entering the home, they found both David and Holly Parham deceased. Investigators have not yet released the cause of death or said whether foul play is suspected, but the case is being treated as an active criminal investigation.

Neighbors described the couple as longtime residents who were well liked and active in the community. “They were always kind and friendly,” one neighbor said. “This is truly shocking for our quiet neighborhood.”
