Engr. Abm Siddique Obituary: Remembering a Respected Life
With deep sorrow, we share the passing of Engr. Abm Siddique, who left this world at Miami Baptist Hospital while staying with his daughter, Engr. Sharmin Siddique Sumi. His departure is a great loss to his family, friends, and all who knew him.
Siddique Bhai graduated from EPUET (now BUET) in 1963 and dedicated his career to serving Bangladesh as the Head of the Planning Department until his retirement. He furthered his education by earning an MS in Civil Engineering from Purdue University in the late 1960s.
A man of respectful demeanor and cheerful spirit, he always spread warmth and kindness. We fondly remember his visit to our village home with Bhabi, where he expressed joy and appreciation. His final years were spent with Sumi, who cared for him with utmost dedication. Her loss is immeasurable, and we pray for her strength during this difficult time.
We all will miss him dearly. I join everyone to pray for his Janna. I also pray to Allah to give strength to bhavi and his family to bear this loss.
